One person reads every message, in Croatian or English, and the reply comes from someone who works on the game. There is no ticket number and no form to fill in.
Gameplay or rules
Briškula and trešeta are played differently from one town to the next, so the first thing to check is which rules the game is using. Open Rules (Pravila) from the home screen: Splitska, Istarska and Paška are presets, and Custom (Prilagođena) lets you set each rule yourself, one card at a time. The rules walkthrough is always there again under Settings → Replay the walkthrough (Postavke → Upute ispočetka).
If a rule still looks wrong, tell us which game you were playing, which rules were selected, and what you expected to happen instead. Regional rules are exactly the thing we want to get right.
Technical issue
Games against the computer need no internet connection, so Wi-Fi and mobile data won’t affect them. Closing and reopening the app is safe: a game in progress is saved on the phone, and Continue (Nastavi) on the home screen picks it up where it stopped.
If something still goes wrong, these details help us find it:
- your iPhone model
- your iOS version
- the app version
- whether you were playing briškula, dupla briškula or trešeta, and one against one or two against two
- the rules you had selected
- what happened immediately before the problem
The model and iOS version are in your iPhone’s Settings → General → About. The app version is under Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Briškula & Trešeta.
Privacy
The current version of the game collects nothing about you — there is no account and no analytics — and your games stay on your phone. What happens to an email you send us, and everything else, is in the privacy policy.
